On August 19th, 1991 SECO’s founder. G.A. Sywassink, established a crossdock facility in the Metro Atlanta area to handle consolidation, deconsolidation, and transportation services for retail companies. Today SECO’s footprint has grown considerably, operating crossdock facilities in both Atlanta and Dallas, and offering transportation services across the nation.
SECO is proud to celebrate its 25th Anniversary this August. Both the Atlanta and Dallas locations celebrated the occasion with a luncheon and many beloved retired employees were invited to attend.
President Steve Aumer presented an award which read, “Founded in 1991, presented to G.A. and Shirley Sywassink, from Team SECO. In appreciation for all that you and your family have done over the past 25 years to make us part of your family. You are the founders of The SECO Way.”
