Meet Stephanie Korchik, Director of Business Operations Strategy
We are excited to welcome Stephanie to SHC – Standard Holding Corporation as our new Director of Business Operations Strategy.

In this role, Stephanie will focus on accelerating growth across SECO, a cornerstone of Standard Holding Corporation’s logistics portfolio. Her work will center on strengthening operational strategy, identifying new growth opportunities, and supporting initiatives that position the company for long-term success.

With 25 years of experience in the supply chain industry, including roles as an Industrial Engineer with Target Corporation and UPS, Stephanie brings a strong background in solving complex operational challenges and driving efficiency. Her decision to join Standard Holding Corporation reflects a desire to work closely with leadership, gain deeper insight into small-business operations, and help shape strategic decisions that influence the company’s future.

A natural problem solver, Stephanie is passionate about bringing structure and clarity to key initiatives while exploring opportunities to expand into new markets and service offerings. She is especially motivated by helping customers uncover solutions they may not yet realize are possible.
