With more than 20 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting operations, Carlo has worked alongside teams across manufacturing, distribution, engineering, R&D, and logistics. This broad background provides a well-rounded perspective on business challenges and enables practical, solutions-oriented financial leadership.
