Greg is a senior human resources executive with more than 20 years of experience partnering with boards, private equity sponsors, and executive leadership teams to scale organizations across supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, construction, and financial services sectors.

He brings deep expertise in hourly workforce strategy, labor and associate relations, organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and risk mitigation within complex, multi-site and geographically distributed operations. Greg is recognized for aligning people strategy with operational performance, margin improvement, and long-term value creation.

Throughout his career, Greg has advised C-suite leaders on scalability, succession planning, leadership capability, and cultural integration, including during periods of rapid growth, operational transformation, and organizational restructuring.

Greg is known for his pragmatic, business-oriented approach to HR—balancing compliance and governance with frontline engagement, leadership accountability, and execution.
